S.A.M. has two main attacks: a big red laser beam that does critical damage if it hits you, and a spinning volley of electrical bolts similar to Uber Klaus's ranged attack. S.A.M. will always expose her weak points after firing the eye beam, which are four yellow glowing lights around her main eyeball.

The strategy to beat this boss is to just keep moving and clearing out zombies, wait for her to do the beam attack, and then rain fire on her exposed weak points. Rinse and repeat this process until she is defeated. Refer to the main quest guide for a detailed explanation on how to defeat S.A.M.
