Uber Richtofen's first phase can be handled very similarly to Uber Klaus, except he has no elemental weaknesses and gains an enhanced version of the electric bolts attack, launching more of them. In his second phase, however, he gains a Wunderwaffe DG-2 and a Jetpack for increased mobility.

The strategy for defeating him in his second phase is to be constantly moving, and while shooting him or clearing zombies. If you are stationary while shooting him, he will hit you with the Wunderwaffe DG-2, stunning you, and allowing him to hit you with follow-up shots, likely downing you.
