Step 1: Open the Teleportation Lab
Head to the T1 Mutant Research Lab and interact with the Centrifuge to pick up the Syringe.

Afterwards, head to the T2 Sublevel 10 and jump into the Particle Accelerator Beam to knock down the floating zombie and interact with the zombie to get its blood.

Once you have the blood, head back to the T1 Mutant Research Lab and place the Syringe back into the Centrifuge to spawn a Fowler Mangler, which, once killed, will drop a Fowler Mutant Injection.

Once you have the Fowler Mutant Injection, head to the T2 Dark Entity Containment, interact with the scanner left of the door on the top floor, and use the Fowler Mutant Injection in front of the scanner to open a portal to the T2 Teleportation Lab.

If you fail this step, you can buy a new Fowler Mutant Injection from the Centrifuge for 1500 Salvage.
DNA Vial
Also, while doing these steps, at some point after you activate the Pack-a-Punch, a "Geneticist Zombie" will appear in T1 Mutant Research Lab and drop a Keycard. Use this keycard to open the fridge in the T1 Mutant Research Test Area and pick up the DNA Vial.

This vial is needed to enter the final encounter, without it Richtofen will not let you enter the portal and will constantly be telling you to go to the Mutant Research Lab first.
Step 2: Hack the Janus System
Before completing this step, you'll need to build Franken-Klaus. If you already have him built, you can skip to the actual step.
Building Franken-Klaus
Klaus Arms
Wait for a special round and shoot the arms off the Kommando Klaus robots to drop them, and then interact with them to pick them up.

Make sure to shoot off two arms, as you will need two arms to build Franken-Klaus.
Klaus Legs
The two legs can be found in one of four locations within the T2 Android Assembly:

The legs do not spawn together in the same location, each of them will be in one of the above four locations on their own.
Once you have the legs and arms, interact with the Hanging Klaus in T2 Android Assembly to place the arms and legs on it.

You'll then have to wait for Uber Klaus to spawn in and lure it to the Hanging Klaus and bait it to hit the Hanging Klaus with its shock attack to power and activate him.
Hacking the System
Once Franken-Klaus has been activated, he will begin working on the terminal right next to where he was hanging. Progress a full round to progress his work, where he'll then move to an S.A.M. Trial in the T2 Dark Entity Containment area that you must complete.

This trial will always be to get a certain number of kills in the area.
Once that trial is completed, Klaus will then move to the T2 Teleportation Lab via the portal revealed earlier by the Fowler Mutant Injection and begin working on another terminal.

You'll now need to obtain a four-digit code to give Klaus full access to the terminal. This four-digit code can be found by reading the numbers and dates of four folders around the map. These four folders can spawn in seven different locations:

A folder can also be to the right of the trolley on the middle terminal itself.
Once you have found the four folders, interact with them to read their contents, and the actual digit for the code is the number next to the item's name, and the order in which to input the code is from the oldest date to the newest date. Once you have the code, input it into the computer in the T2 Teleportation Lab.

The months of each date are unique so you only need to tell which is the oldest by reading the first number in the date.
Step 3: Unblock the Portal
To complete this step, you will need to obtain the Gorgofex. If you already have it, you can skip the to actual step.
Obtaining the Gorgofex
Head to the T1 Mutant Research Lab and look at one or two static screens, one to the right and behind Richtofen's family, and the other left of Deadshot Daiquiri. There will be a word on each or just one screen, and take the first letter of each word to form an element on the periodic table.

If only one screen flashes a word, that means you only need to remember that one letter to find the element that will form your code.
Once you have your one or two letters, use the tool below to select your one or two letters and automatically get the correct keypad code for your letters in your game.
Keep in mind it is possible for you to only be shown one word, and therefore only select one letter to immediately get your code.
Head to the T1 Mutant Research Test Area and enter the code into the keypad above the vat with Richtofen's family to gain access to the T1 Bioweapons Lab. Then, locate a Cyst inside a container in the T1 Bioweapons Lab and kill three Vermin and then three zombies near it to fill it with souls.

You must kill the three Vermin first, before you start killing zombies near the Cyst, otherwise it won't fully charge.
Once filled, pick it up and bring it to the T1 Quantum Computing Core and T1 Quantum Computing Lab, where you'll find three glowing Aetheric Flora that, when stood under, will be absorbed by the Cyst.

Once charged, head to the T2 Dark Entity Containment area and interact with the computer in the room that has the green text of "INTITATE POWER SURGE", this will activate three other computers with the same text that you must activate within a short span of each other, to activate the power to the panel in front of the Forsaken.

If done correctly, an Uber Klaus will spawn in that you must destroy the Shield Generators on its shoulders to weaken it, and then lure it over the charged panel in front of the Forsaken, where the Forsaken will then be transferred into the Uber Klaus.

Do not kill the Uber Klaus, it needs to maintain its original form but be low enough health to have The Forsaken take over its being.
Defeat The Forsaken by destroying the Uber Klaus Core, then interact with the essence to form the Gorgofex Wonder Weapon.

Upgrading the Gorofex
At this point, you must choose the upgrade path you want to take in your game Gorgofex N or Gorgofex C, as once you begin a specific path, the other one will be closed off and you will only be able to obtain the one upgrade. These upgrades are NOT required for the main quest, but can be very beneficial throughout it and for the boss fight.
Gorgofex Corpsloder
Once you begin this upgrade quest, you will not be able to obtain the Gorgofex Necrodystonia.
Head to the T1 Executive Office and interact with the door to talk with Blanchard, then head to the T1 Project Janus Reception and interact with the red button, turning the room red and starting a lockdown where you must defend the Maintenance Klaus robot, while they shut down one of the elevators.

Use the non-deactivated elevator to ascend and then proceed to the T1 Quantum Computing Core area, where you can jump down the deactivated elevator. Activate your parachute to interact with the three red buttons on the way down.

Once completed, head to the T1 Quantum Computing Core and shoot the blue zombies with the Gorgofex, spawning Panos, whom you can interact with to obtain the Gorgofex C.

Gorgofex Necrodystonia
Once you begin this upgrade quest, you will not be able to obtain the Gorgofex Corpsloder.
Head to the T1 Executive Office and interact with the door to talk with Blanchard. This will spawn a Strauss Counter on a terminal in the T1 Quantum Computing Core that you must pick up.

Once you have the Strauss Counter, walk around the map searching for a High reading on the device to know you are near the correct location, and look for Life Drain Serum and shoot it with a charged Gorgofex shot.

The High reading will always be inside a zombie barrier for the item you'll have to shoot with a charged shot.
You'll now need to obtain three more items:

Once you have all four items, return to the T1 Executive Office and assemble the Essence Extractor. Place the Life Drain Serum on the machine to initiate a 1-minute and 30-second lockdown.

Make sure you prepare slightly for this lockdown as it can be challenging depending on the round you are attempting it on.
Once completed, Blanchard's life essence will be absorbed into the vial that you must pick up and bring to the T1 Bioweapons Lab and place down the Gorgofex next to where the cyst was and hold interact with the Gorgofex to infuse the life essence and obtain the Gorogofex Necrodystonia.

Be mindful to not accidentally drop the Life Essence after picking it up, as you'll be stuck with the un-upgraded variant for the rest of the game if you are enable to find it if dropped.
Unblocking the Portal
Head to the T1 Quantum Computing Core and use Melee Macchiatoto punch the Project Janus containment chamber to reveal a brain inside that you can interact with to pick up.

Once picked up, sprint back to the T2 Teleportation Lab and place the brain inside the Project Janus containment chamber to the left of Klaus with the red lights, turning them green.

Head to T2 Sublevel 10 and interact with the red button on the terminal to spawn in blue Quantum Vermin that you must kill using the Gorgofex. If done successfully, there will be a blue orb you can interact with just above the terminal you activated.

Once you've interacted with the blue orb, head to the T2 Teleportation Lab and shoot a charged Gorgofex shot at the crystals blocking the portal to break them.

Step 4: Prepare the Portal
Head to the T1 Quantum Computing Core and shoot a charged Gorofex shot in the square hole high up on the wall opposite Melee Macchiatoand to the right of the C.A.S.T.E.R. Turret trap to knock down a Fungal Head.

Once you have the Fungal Head, head to T1 Project Janus Reception or T2 Android Assembly, where you'll find a mop bucket that you can melee to move underneath the sprinkler system on the ceiling. You'll then need to throw an explosive (e.g., Molotovs) at a nearby smoke detector to trigger the sprinklers to fill the bucket.

Once the bucket is filled with water, place the Fungal Head inside to clean it, then interact with it again to pick it back up, where you'll now be able to collect souls while carrying the head by killing zombies until no more souls are being collected by the head.

As the head gets filled with more souls, what seems like a Shadowsmith will continously appear and attack you, slowing you down and dealing a small bit of damage.
Once you've gotten enough kills, head back to the T2 Teleportation Lab and place the head in the center of the portal to spread the Fungal Head around the exterior of the portal frame.

If the head does not have enough souls collected when you try to interact with the portal, you will be teleported above the T1 Mutant Research Lab and could potentially take lethal damage, depending on your health, armor and perk situation.
Step 5: Power the Portal
Around the map will be purple-glowing objects that you can now capture using the Vacuum-Seal Device found inside the blue Project Janus containers that should now be open. You must capture four items total, each one consuming a Vacuum-Seal Device.

There are about 10 of these items scattered around the map, they are floating and glowing very obviously purple and all have a nearby Vacuum-Seal Device that you can use to capture them. In a group, this step can be done extremely quickly.
Once you have captured four of these items, head back to the T2 Teleportation Lab room and insert the devices into the console in front of the portal to fully power it, starting a lockdown.

During this lockdown, five switches in the room will turn red, and you must interact with each of them to turn them green. Once all three-five switches have been flipped back to green, the lockdown will end, and you can interact with the portal to enter the boss fight.

The amount of switches you'll have to flip will depend on the amount of players in your game. This is the point of no return, ensure you are fully-prepared with the Upgraded and fully packed Gorgofex, all perks, Tier III Armor, Tier III Pack-a-Punch, Self-Revive, a Death Machine, and Combat Stims to help you heal during the boss fight or Smoke Grenades if you are doing the Uber Richtofen fight.
Step 6: Final Boss Fight
At this point, you'll have to choose which side you are on: Richtofen's or S.A.M. This will decide which boss you end facing, what mini-cutscene you see, but the final cutscene is the same for both sides. S.A.M. is a much easier boss fight so if you want an easier completion, choose to help Richtofen, otherwise chose to help S.A.M.
Rise the Elevator
Once you are teleported into the T3 Dark Aether Elements Vault 1, you will have to charge up three L.T.G. Canisters by killing zombies nearby each of them.

The zombies eyes will turn purple when they are in range of the L.T.G. for you to kill them.
Once that is done, take the elevator to the T3 Dark Aether Elements Vault 2, and this time shoot all the Aether Crystals, then get back on the elevator to reach the T3 Rooftops where the boss will spawn.
S.A.M. Boss Fight
As previously mentioned, the Maelstrom shotgun is the best weapon for this boss fight.
S.A.M. has three main attacks: a purple eye-beam barrage, A big red laser beam that does critical damage if it hits you, and a spinning volley of electrical bolts similar to Uber Klaus's ranged attack.

The big red laser is threatening but easy to outrun and avoid, however the purple eye-beam barrage is a fast-firing attack and it does a lot of damage if she hits you directly, and she tends to spam this attack the most, so be cautious of cover.
S.A.M. will always expose her weak points after firing the big red laser beam, and during the spinning volley attack, which consists of four red/yellow glowing lights around her main eyeball, and if those are destroyed, her center eyeball will become the weak point.

The strategy to beat this boss is to keep moving and clearing out zombies, wait for her to attack, and then rain fire on her exposed weak points using the Maelstrom until her main eyeball glows red, where you can then pull out the Death Machine and blast her for massive damage output. Rinse and repeat this process until she is defeated and a unique mini-cutscene is triggered.
This fight is actually pretty calm once you get used to each of her attacks and get a feel for when to do damage and when to clear out zombies, the key thing is to just stay nearby cover and take advantage of the charged shot of the Gorgofex as this does significant damage to her even without a weak point.
Her attacks do not change between phases, but her behavior during the Spinning Volley attack changes slightly, where she will rotate around the entire arena before returning to the middle. You'll know when you enter a new phase because she'll disappear, spawn a Max Ammo, and start a S.A.M. Trial that, if you get legendary on, will be granted a free perk power-up.

If you do not get Legendary on any of the S.A.M. Trials you will receive a Grief, these can be things like Ammo Drain, Weapon Nerf, Weapon Carosuel, etc. which will increase the difficulty of the fight significantly, so do focus on completing the trials.
Uber Richtofen Boss Fight
As previously mentioned, the ABR A1 or GPR 91 are the best weapons for this boss fight and Extension on
Aether Shroudis extremely important for doing enough damage in
Aether Shroudto phase him in Phase 2.
Uber Richtofen is very similar to Uber Klaus and shares all of his attacks, while gaining one new one: an extended leap, where he will jump towards you, dealing impact damage.

During this boss fight, Kommando Klaus, Uber Klaus, and Uber Klaus's Core will spawn in making this fight much more chaotic than S.A.M. However, Uber Richtofen (First Phase) does have significantly less health than S.A.M.
Keep in mind these enemies are weak to the
Cyro Freezeammo mod.
Uber Richtofen's weak points are also the same as Uber Klaus's, being the shoulders and then the core, once the shoulders are broken. The main strategy is to just constantly rain fire on his weak points, while taking breaks to clear out some zombies, so you do not get overwhelmed.

If you are using the ABR A1 or GPR 91 this fight will be much easier for you as you can just hug the outsides of the map without ever getting close to Uber Richtofen and constantly fire on his weak points dealing massive damage.
Phase 2
Smoke Grenades are actually extremely useful for this fight, allowing you to damage Richtofen without being shot at for about 10 seconds per smoke grenade. If you have
Vulture Aidwith the Picky Eater minor augment, this can be a very easy to way to complete this phase.
Just like Uber Klaus, Uber Richtofen also has a second phase, and becomes extremely mobile with a Jet Pack and wielding the Wunderwaffe DG-2, which is insanely deadly, easily three-shotting you at full HP and armor, so be extremely mobile and cover aware during this phase.

He will also be dropping actual nukes from the sky onto certain parts of the arena that will do critical damage to anyone near the blast radius, and as previously mentioned, he is flying around on a Jet Pack, so it is pretty difficult to consistently land shots on.

Do NOT try to engage Richtofen while he has his Wunderwaffe DG-2 out as his weapon as this can easily two-three shot you and he can spam fire it. Instead, farm your
Aether Shroudoff the zombies in the arena as you constantly avoid him. Without
Aether Shroud, the best time to attack him is when he is hovering around the arena, dropping mines or if you have Smoke Grenades to hide in while you damage him.
During this phase, you want to run around and let him do his attacks while you farm your Aether Shroud. Once he does all his attacks, wait for him to propel out of the sky and back onto the ground, and activate your
Aether Shroudand pump as much damage as possible into his Jet Pack.

Once enough damage has been dealt to Richtofen, he will fly away and spawn in a bunch of zombies, Kommando Klaus, Uber Klaus, and Uber Klaus Core robots. Try to charge your field upgrade during this transition period if you do not have all charges.
Repeat that entire process, focusing on your survival and just doing damage when you can, until he is eventually low enough that you can finish him off with the Death Machine or with a final use of Aether Shroud, and the unique mini-cutscene before the end cutscene plays for this particular boss fight.

Congratulations! You have beaten the Reckoning main quest!
