Nathan Aguinaldo is a mini-boss originating on the map Terminus in Black Ops 6, serving as Maya's younger brother who was experimented on by Dr. Modi for Project Janus.
Nathan is no different than an Amalgam when it comes to behavior, attacks, and strategy. The main difference is the amount of health with Nathan, being a boss, his health is significantly higher than a normal amalgam.
The Amalgam is an elite enemy originating from the map Terminus in Black Ops 6, appearing as a multi-armed and multi-legged mutation of the original zombie.
Patient 13 is the final boss on the map Terminus in Black Ops 6, appearing as a giant mutated kraken like creature who was another experiment of Dr. Modi known as Owen Guthrie.
