Patient 13 is the final boss on the map Terminus in Black Ops 6, appearing as a giant mutated kraken like creature who was another experiment of Dr. Modi known as Owen Guthrie.
Patient 13 is a dynamic boss fight, changing elemental weaknesses depending on which phase of the boss fight you are on, as each of his weak points has a different elemental weakness.
During the first phase, the Red Cysts on his shoulders are weak to , during the second phase, the glowing parts on his tentacles are weak to andwhile his mouth, when glowing, is weak to .
During his final phase, his glowing blue eyes on his head are weak to and meaning you can't go wrong with any elemental mod you decide to bring into the boss fight.
