Doppelghasts are speedy and agile enemies, using dodges and erratic movement to avoid bullets. They have health equivalent to that of a Mangler with no armor,
making them pretty easy to deal with if you can hit their critical point, especially with a weapon equipped with the 
Light Mend ammo mod.
Patient 13 is the final boss on the map Terminus in Black Ops 6, appearing as a giant mutated kraken like creature who was another experiment of Dr. Modi known as Owen Guthrie.
