Fishy Fish Bot

Head to Beacon Island and pick up the mechanical fish in the bucket left of the Arsenal machine, then purchase a Shock Charge and wait for your next T.E.D.D. Task to spawn. Activate the task, then interact with T.E.D.D. to place the fish on the machine, then throw the Shock Charge at the machine. Once you've completed the task with the highest reward you'll get an additional reward of a fish and another part which you can interact with to pick up.

Once you have obtained those two parts from the T.E.D.D. Task, head to the patio in the Eidskallen Square, right of the Arsenal machine, where you'll find a plaque on the wall, which you can hold interact with to mount the Fishy Fish Bot trap, which can be purchased for 2000 essence.
