Haunted Mannequin

This quest can only be done after obtaining the Blundergat

In the Destroyed version of the map, head to the Trinity Ave. alleyway and at the end of the alleyway, on the right-hand side, you'll find a mannequin with its head twisted backwards. Stare at this mannequin as the creepy sound gets louder until the mannequin quickly snaps to face you.

This mannequin will now begin to follow you when you have your back turned to it, even electrocuting you if it gets too close. Teleport to the Normal version of the map, where that same mannequin will now be hiding in one of five possible locations:

Once you've located the mannequin, shoot it to complete the quest, dropping you a random perk can, aetherium crystal, aether tool, legendary weapon, and a scorestreak as your reward.
