This side quest has players diving for loot by opening loot crates hidden beneath the water, the spawns of which change game to game, making this a true quest for loot. Find and open them all to receive a free perk, along with the loot contained within the crates, which can even include the Ray Gun, Aether Tool, Perk Cans, and Aetherium Crystals.
Oxygen Tank
Some of these loot crates are almost too deep to open with a normal breath. To make the experience a little more comfortable, there is an Oxygen Tank hidden underneath a rock in the waters of the Bio Lab underneath the pack-a-punch platform that you can obtain by throwing an explosive at the rock covering it.
