Cooking Fish

This side quest has players grabbing ingredients from around the map to cook a truly 5-star meal that feeds mouths and, oddly, your ammo mod.

Requirements

• Fish
• Oil
• One of five enhancement ingredients

Core Ingredients

To start cooking, you will need two things: Fish and some Oil. The oil can be found in the Mess Hall to the right of the stove on a shelf. The fish can be found by going to any fish spot and killing the fish with an explosive, then going into the water and interacting with one of the carcasses.

These ingredients will not be in your visible inventory so the only way to know if you collected them or not is to see them disappear when interacting with them.

Enhancement Ingredients

You need something to season the fish with, but what you choose will determine which enhancement you will receive. Below is a list of each enhancement and its associated location:

Brain Rot

Napalm Burst

Cryo Freeze

Shadow Rift

Dead Wire

Once you have your two core ingredients and an enhancement ingredient, head to the Mess Hall and place the ingredients into the pan on the stove to begin cooking. Once the cooking begins, progress one round until the fish is cooked, then interact with the pan again to eat the fish gaining your increased abilities.
