Head to Mars and shoot the Mangler Cannon at the teleporter, then take the teleporter back to the Machina Astralis and quickly gather as many zombies as you can on the red ritual circle just outside the teleporter. The Mangler Cannon shot will fire out of the teleporter after around 10 seconds, killing the zombies on the circle.
Decoy grenades can be really effective for gathering the zombies without killing them.
If enough zombies were killed, you'll hear Mister Peeks laugh and the relic trial portal will spawn in the Crash Site. This relic's trial is: Enemies can only take damage while hip-firing. The LGM-1 wonder weapon is really effective for this trial.
