Ravagers are quick and agile, but are not the most durable making them easy to pick off with any weapon. The main concerns are their numbers and speed, which can be mitigated by standing on top of object/vehicles to force them to make an extra effort to get to you. Other than that, any decent weapon will do the job against these vermin-like zombies.
