Description

The Marauder is a special enemy originating from the map IX in Black Ops 4 wielding metallic claws with little to no armor.

Rapid Slashes

Range: Short

Unleashes a barrage of rapid slashes from their metallic claws dealing quick damage.

Heavy Leap

Range: Medium

Leaps towards the targeted player doing damage on hit and unleashes Rapid Slashes once landing.

Spawn Behavior

Marauders spawn in during the special round of the map IX, as champions of one of the gods, and during specific steps of the main quest. They also begin spawning with normal zombies on Round 8.

Combat Strategy

Marauders are much more aggressive and dangerous than Destroyer and need to be taken out quickly to avoid taking too much damage. They have much less health than Destroyer with little armor to get through; therefore, you do not need to worry about armor penetration. Many weapons are great against the Marauder, with the Hellion Salvo rocket launcher being the best against all enemies in Black Ops 4.
