Destroyers are only a real danger in close range, as their melee attack deals significant damage. The Axe Throw is not deadly unless you are already low HP. High-caliber weapons with armor penetration are ideal for fighting these armored enemies, as their weak point is covered by a helmet. Once their armor is broken, they will become much more aggressive and rush the player; therefore, distance is key when fighting these enemies.
