In Tranzit, the Avogadro can be defeated by hitting it with an EMP Grenade or by meleeing it in its humanoid form. The Avogadro can be defeated in five hits of the regular knife, four of the Bowie Knife, and two of the Galvaknuckles, but will always return after a few rounds.

In Alpha Omega, the Avogadro can only be defeated once all four canisters have been fully charged; then the players must shoot the Avogadro to push him back into the A.P.D.
