Tombstone Perkaholic

This side quest has players collect a VHS Tape to activate a TV Memory game in the TV Store, which once completed you can down yourself with Tombstone and continuously shoot a creepy figure and revive yourself before time runs out.

TV Memory Game

Head to the Video Store and throw a grenade in the corner left of the Mule Kick machine to knock it loose, allowing you to pick it up by interacting with it.

Bring the VHS Tape to the TV Store where you can insert it into the VCR behind the counter and interact again to begin the game.

Four TVs will flash, then the game will begin by turning on the TVs in a sequence similar to past memory games. There will be three total sets of sequences you'll need to complete:

1. The first sequence shown
2. The first sequence again and the new second sequence
3. The first and second sequences again and the new third sequence

Each time after the first, it'll repeat the previous sequences before showing you a new one, and you must enter the previous sequences as well as the new one.

Claiming the Perkaholic

Once you complete the game, one of the TVs will be lit up green. If you interact with this TV, your screen will go gray with a horror film filter over it and a creepy red-eyes figure will start slowing moving towards you, which you cannot let reach you otherwise you will die.

You don't have it already, purchase Tombstone and head to the Particle Accelerator room and down yourself to enter the afterlife. Once in the afterlife, you'll find the creepy figure above the Particle Accelerator.

You must now shoot the figure multiple times, each time you shoot it, it will multiple into more figures, but you must shoot the real figure indicated by the glowing red eyes. Keep shooting the real figure until it finally merges back into one single figure.

Afterwards, quickly revive yourself in the afterlife form to be granted all the perks in the game.

Tier II Tombstone is very useful for this step, but it is not required.
