Permanent Double Points

Make sure you have your melee weapon and armor somewhat upgraded as well as life-saving perks to prepare for a fight.

With Death Perception equipped, head into the fog area between either Ashwood and Exit 115 or Ashwood and Zarya Cosomodrome to find golden bear footprints that you can interact with to spawn the next footprint for you to follow.

After interacting with the final footprint, you will be shown the bear death cutscene and thrown into a forest with an High-Value Target Zursa that you need to kill with your melee weapon, and none of your gear, which you can pick up from the middle of the forest area.

After killing the Zursa, you'll get the Claw Talisman out of the loot chest to gain the permanent double points for melee kills only.
