The Vault
The bank vault is accessible by finding three codes hidden around the map, once the three codes have been found, they must be entered in the correct order otherwise access will be denied.
Accessing the Vault
The three codes are located in three separate buildings, below are the locations of the three codes in their correct order:

Once you have all three codes, head to the bank vault and interact with it to enter the three codes in their correct order, opening the vault and granting access. However, you will need a Loot Key dropped from killing zombies to loot the boxes inside the vault.
