The car you are looking for is a full black body with a yellow line throughout the sides of the car, one of which will have Mister Peeks in the backseat indicating the correct car in which you must blow up. There are 3 locations each having one of these cars:

Backstreet Parking

Groundskeeper Yard

Hilltop

Once the correct car has been identified and blown up, a random weapon will pop out of the trunk which can be anything from a knife to the Jet Gun or Ray Gun.
