Noire Mode Filter

This easter egg lets you apply a permanent sepia filter to your game by heading to the Boxing Gym in the Waterfront District and interacting with a portrait while crouched to activate the filter.

If you are on PC, you may need to hold down the Reload key if interact does not work for you. This may be because Reload/Interact are the same button on controller.
