Requirements

Must have beaten the Ashes of the Damned Main Quest
Playing on any tier of Cursed
Playing on Ashes of the Damned
Must be Round 20 or above
Aether Shroud
Necrofluid Gauntlet

Equipping the Extension and/or Extra Charge on your Aether Shroud will make this much easier.

While in Aether Shroud, you need to shoot the Necrofluid Gauntlet at or near ten different Mister Peeks figures and recall/explode the shots to collect them. Mister Peeks can only be seen and shot while in Aether Shroud, below are all ten locations:

Nine of these ten can be collected before Round 20, but the last one at Exit 115 will be available on Round 20 and above.

Vandorn Farm - on the platform attached to the Silo

Grounded Ship - underneath the boat in-between some barrels above the stairs

Janus Towers Plaza - on the left of the gate leading to Blackwater Lake

Blackwater Lake - in the toilet in the window barrier left of Speed Cola

Lost Cabins - on the corner of the log shed

Ashwood - in the broken gap of the Church

Rabbit Alley - at the top of the stairs in the burning building left of the Exfil

Zarya Cosmodrome - on the closest power pole to the Ashwood gate

Support Systems - on the generator in the window barrier left of the Crafting Table

Exit 115 - on the left of the direction sign on the highway above the area

Once you have collected all ten, you'll hear Mister Peeks laugh and the relic trial portal will be available on the side of the Garage at Vandorn Farm for you to enter. This relic trial is: Every weapon shot costs 100 essence.

Using the Necrofluid Gauntlet to melee or shoot and explode the shots will make this trial much easier, gaining more points than you spend.
