Effect: Increased Health Regen Delay.

Requirements

• Must have beaten the Totenreich Main Quest
• Playing on Tier I or above of Cursed
• Playing on Totenreich
• Must get to Round 40 without getting any perks

While not required, I strongly recommend spawning in with Toxic Growth with the Cordyception major augment to make getting to Round 40 by camping in the lighthouse much easier.

How to Unlock

This truly means no perks, you cannot buy them, you cannot activate a Perkaholic, or pick up any from T.E.D.D. Tasks or Mister Peeks if he shows up. This relic is buggy and some people will unlock the trial while getting perks, but the 100% guaranteed way to unlock it requires you to get to Round 40 without any perks. If done correctly, the relic trial portal will spawn on Fishery Island, behind Juggernog.

As mentioned earlier, obtaining the Jotunn Star and camping at the bottom of the staircase leading to the very top of the lighthouse with Toxic Growth is extremely effective for getting to Round 40 without any perks. Stim Shots are also helpful for overhealing, and negating any splash or poke damage from a Frost Zombie or Necropincer.

Relic Trial

This trial has you go around the map to find and shoot four eggs, each egg spawning an HVT that you will need to defeat. Upon defeating the four HVTs, you will have completed this trial. Below are the four egg locations:

Every HVT kill you get will add 3 minutes to your timer to ensure you have enough time to complete the trial.
