Parasites are a special enemy appearing on multiple maps throughout zombies. These zombies are the first flying enemy to appear in the franchise.

ammo mod in Black Ops 6 will do extra damage to them, or aim for their head. These enemies are dangerous in groups as multiple spit attacks hitting you at once will do significant damage, therefore, it is best to keep moving while taking out these enemies instead of staying still.
Insanity Elementals, commonly referred to as Meatballs are special enemies appearing on the map Shadows of Evil, dropping from the sky and rolling into the fight.
